Maintenance (ICRM) champions and facility managers on how to improve the process flow
within facilities, and how to improve quality of clinical care. This manual needs to be read in
conjunction with the ‘Integrated Chronic Disease Management’ (ICDM) manual and the ‘Ideal
Clinic Manual’ and does not replace any approved clinical guidelines and protocols.
